The Sindh Human Rights Commission (SHRC), in collaboration with NADRA and local organizations such as SPARC, has taken a major step toward transforming the lives of marginalized communities in Sindh—particularly brick kiln workers who previously lacked legal identity.

The CNIC registration drive covered several brick kilns across Sindh, beginning on June 16, 2025, at Zaman Brick Kiln, followed by Super Chand Brick Kiln on June 17, Subhan Brick Kiln on June 18, and June 19, 2025, at Lucky Brick Kiln. SHRC and NADRA have helped bridge the registration gap, ensuring that every citizen has a voice, an identity, and access to rights and protections.
Through this initiative, brick kiln workers and vulnerable groups received their Computerized National Identity Cards (CNICs).
