State of Human Rights is an Annual Report by Human Rights Commission of Pakistan (HRCP) which reports a wide spectrum of human rights violations. It has a whole portion of Sindh, reporting the key trends in the province related to human rights. It also mentions the legal human rights framework of Sindh and the implementation of those Human Rights laws in the province.
